At Hall, we believe in the power of real-world experiences to inspire students and expand their vision for the future. This summer, our HNH LEADS high school students got to see careers in action by visiting Straton Industries, a precision manufacturing company based in Stratford, CT.
Straton Industries—an expert in aerospace, defense, and semiconductor solutions—opened its doors to our students for a behind-the-scenes look at how innovation and engineering come to life. Hosted by company president Dave Cremin, along with Rob Castiglia and Dave Coulson, the tour offered students a first-hand view of career paths in manufacturing and STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math). A few students even expressed interest in learning more about careers in the field!
Outings like this are at the heart of the LEADS program, which helps students take meaningful steps toward college and career readiness. A big thank you to Straton Industries for welcoming our students and supporting their journey to a bright future!
